Yesterday I went for a little bit of shopping and bought all this plus two tops which I'll probably show in outfit posts in the near future. H&M is my favourite place right now because everything is affordable; I went into Topshop and their clothes were so overpriced it annoyed me! I looked round the charity shops too but didn't find anything I liked - I don't understand how people find good stuff in there, I never do.
I watched the first episode of Season 6 Skins the other day and it made me laugh at how the British youth are portrayed by partying and taking drugs and doing crazy stuff like holidaying to Morocco (how can they afford that? Seriously!) When I was 16/17 and even now I would much rather stay in watching Scrubs/Friends/New Girl/Gossip Girl than do all that stuff! And what makes me laugh even more is that people believe that Skins is what life really is like for teenagers in Britain. Hilarious!

ReplyDeleteOh God I know, it makes out that all teenagers are crazy psychotic children who can do whatever the hell they like. I mean, when I was young and still living at home, our nights would consist of sitting on the nearest field all awaiting the 10pm mark when we would all run each other home. Not running off stealing boats and playing in Morrocco. Perlease!haha But, im a slave to shit tele so I will most likely watch it bleurgh!
